Nothing happens that really scares me, but the thing that I encounter the most is when the dj booth shuts down all on its own or the music stops for no reason. If you’ve been here during any of those nights you know EXACTLY what I’m talking about!! SO TIP ME DAMMIT!!!

I started coming in around 1993 and just hung out as a customer. Paul (Cabo Wabo) and I became fast friends. In the middle of a packed house on a Saturday, Paul publicly fired his assistant for getting wasted on the job… Hypocrite. Half the crowd laughed their asses off! Me included. So then Paul had to do “The Who” thing. You know, when Keith Moon passed out while playing the drums from taking HORSE TRANQUILIZERS. Then Pete Townsend asked “Can anyone play the drums… ANYONE!” Well that’s kinda how I got the gig. I have been an integral part of the program ever since. SO TIP ME DAMMIT!!!
